Dr. Quratulain Hayat was born in Hyderabad, Pakistan, and moved to the USA in 2003. She completed her education from Nova SoutheasternUniversity (undergraduate degree in 2008, a masters & degree in 2010, and a medical school in 2015). After finishing medical school, she moved to Houston in 2015 and later moved back to South Florida in 2017 for the residency training.
Besides being a board-certified Family medicine physician, Dr. Hayat’s is a wife and a mother of two children. Her interests in women’s care and children’s health led her to do family medicine which trained her to see patients of all age groups. Her interests are to help patients focus on overall health through preventive medicine, a healthy lifestyle, and to use osteopathic manipulative treatment when necessary.
She is also registered with the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas to be able to prescribe medical marijuana for specific conditions identified by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
In her spare time Dr. Hayat enjoys cooking, spending time with the family, dining-in at the new restaurants, watching movies, and fashion. She also a big advocate of looking good and feeling good with a healthy lifestyle.
